Guest Comments
Our first guests at 314 E. 3rd has these nice comments:
"Thank you for allowing us to be the inaugral guests in this absolutely lovely home. We were immediately impressed upon entering the door and have remained so throughout our entire visit. We fell in love with Leadville & Ski Cooper years ago, but accomodations were less than desireable. With the opening of your home, that deficit is now corrected! We hope to be your guests for many visits in the years to come."
President's Day weekend guests at The Silver Belle had these comments:
"Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had in Leadville and how lovely the Silver Belle is! We felt right at home and cozy in your wonderful house! Both my boys (12 & 14) are enamored with Leadville. Ski Cooper was lots of fun and just right for the boys. I hope that next time we are going to ski at Cooper, the Silver Belle will be available!"
We appreciate all the positive feedback we receive from our guests!

Silver Belle News
We've had lots of honeymooners stay with us. Below are nice comments from one of our returning guests who were married right in Leadville:
"We want to thank you very much for having such an adorable, wonderful rental for us to stay in while we were married in Leadville over last weekend. We did NOT want to leave - truly!! We hope to get back there to your little abode sometime in February or March to do some XC skiing at the nordic center.
Again, thanks very much for your hospitality - the house is so cozy and inviting - we felt as if we were home. It was the PERFECT honeymoon cottage - it will be such a wonderful memory for us."
